Towards the end of the first half of the semester and my family from Hawaii came to Japan to visit! My Mom, Dad, Sister, and her Boyfriend came and it was everyones first time except for my Mom. It was really fun getting to spend time together in Japan and I got to be their translator since I'm the only one who knows how to speak Japanese. They were able to go to Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka and we got to eat lots of good food! Next time I see them will be in August when I go back to Hawaii so it was nice to see them at least once during my study abroad.

It was a rainy day but we walked around Asakusa and coincidentally there was a festival so we got to eat at some food stalls and see the event!

We also ended up going to Disney Sea and Land all in one day. It was a lot of walking but we ate a lot of sweets and my mom and sister bought a lot from the gift shop.

We also got to check out the famous goldfish art museum in Ginza! It was a really cool experience and a lot bigger than we thought. Never seen so many goldfish in one place.

In Kyoto my Sister and her Boyfriend decided to rent Kimono's and I was asked to be there camera man for the day. It rained a little bit but it cleared up enough so that we could still take pictures!
